Returns PolicyWhat is your Exchange Policy? If you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason, and would like to exchange it for another item of equal or lesser value, we would be happy to process your request. Provided the item has not been used or damaged, you may exchange the item within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Only merchandise returned in its original condition will be accepted for exchange. If you wish to purchase another item that is above the amount of the previous purchase, additional charges will apply. Once we have received the item and the above conditions are met, pending any further additional charges, the new item will be shipped promptly. Buyer is to pay any additional shipping charges that may result. Please contact us with your reason for exchange, Order # and all other comments/questions that you may have, and we will happily review your request.
